1. Title: The title should describe that the
document is a plan for the proposed
learning project. 2. Author: Student name and number 3. Introduction: A short section describing the
context of your learning project, the focus of your learning project and the approach
you will take. 4. Background: A description providing detail
of the situation and/or background to the
issue 5. Objectives: The specific objectives of your
learning project (i.e. your learning objectives, not the objectives of a project
you might be reviewing) 6. Methodology: A description of how you
intend to conduct your learning project to meet your objectives e.g. review documents, personal interviews, observation of group activities etc. This should include how you plan to engage people, provide feedback, schedule of
activities etc. 7. Managing Challenges: A brief description
of any possible difficulties or risks that might be involved and how you plan to

the results, draw out your learnings, interact
with your learning group etc. 9. References: References are essential if you
use material from other sources. Please avoid using websites if possible. Please use Harvard Gatton (instructions on UQ library website) for referencing.
Length: a maximum of 4 pages (1500 words, not including references) single spaced including diagrams, mans and references.
